Paul, Founding Grand Commander of The Oregon Wine Brotherhood and renowned host, has a legendary wine cellar and will share some treasures with you—including a 1975 Chateau Lafite-Rothschild and 1982 Chateau Ducru-Beaucaillou.

Enjoy an exquisite meal, designed by Bill King, former Executive Chef for McCormick & Schmicks. Bill currently owns and operates King Culinary Concepts, a commercial consulting and catering firm.
