Hosted in a more intimate setting for sponsors and special guests, the ambassadors dinner honored our wine ambassadors with a specially-made menu prepared by our guest celebrity chefs, Cathy Whims Chef/Owner of Nostrana and Oven & Shaker, and Nancy Oakes Chef/Owner at Boulevard and Prospect in San Francisco.

Tuesday – Thursday, February 28, 29 and March 1, 2012
Over three evenings, 30 top restaurants and 49 remarkable winemakers from Oregon, Washington, California and France paired celebrated wines with gourmet cuisine for 700 guests.
