2013 Auction Guest Chefs

 

The line-up of chef talent for the gala auction included Cory Schreiber, Founder of Wildwood Restaurant, author, and faculty member of the International Culinary School at the Art Institute in Portland. Cory was joined by Scot Dolich, Chef/Owner of Park Kitchen and The Bent Brick, Allan Wambaa of pacificwild Catering at the Oregon Convention Center, and David Briggs of Xocolatl de David.

Oregon Dungeness Crab Cakes with Watercress, Shallot and Pimenton

Drunken Beef Short Ribs, Lentils, Braised Greens and Beets
