Days of Decadence 3

with the Feltons

Days of Decadence III with the Feltons
Sept 26-28 in Healdsburg, CA

Fly in the epitome of luxury on a Falcon 2000 and Challenger 601 (ten-seater jets) to sunny Santa Rosa, CA. Arrive with champagne in hand at the beautiful Hotel Healdsburg, where you will enjoy the very best of the Sonoma valley for two days and two nights. After getting settled, enjoy a day of exclusive Sonoma Valley Pinot Noir tastings and tours at acclaimed vineyards: Kosta Browne, Williams Selyem and Arista Winery, with a catered lunch in the cellar. Each of these beautiful estates are normally closed to the public, however you will experience VIP experiences at each. Return to Healdsburg and enjoy a free evening with suggested dinner in town or at the beautiful hotel property.

On Friday late morning, you'll depart for a once-in-a-lifetime visit and lunch at the home of esteemed art collector Frances Bowes. Her house, designed by renowned architect, Ricardo Legorreta nestled at the top of the Sonoma hills, boasts one of the most prolific contemporary art collections in the world as the Bowes family has collected the biggest names in contemporary art for over 35 years. This promises to to be an unforgettable experience.

Friday afternoon, return to Healdsburg to prepare for the main event, a five-course dinner with esteemed chef from 3 Michelin star restaurant, Single Thread, joined by the restaurant’s head Sommelier, Evan Hufford, serving primarily Burgundy from the cellar of Matt and Jasmin Felton. The dinner will be hosted by Mark and Jennifer McWilliams, owner of Arista Winery at their beautiful estate, providing a memorable indoor/outdoor dining experience. Make no mistake, wines will be flowing. This year with an emphasis on white Burgundy, prepare to immerse yourself in some of the rarest treasures, including a rare vertical of DRC Montrachet, from 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013. Enjoy a rare grouping of Lafon Le Montrachet from the 2007, 2008 and 2014 vintages. If that doesn’t cause you to salivate, then imagine vintages of Ramonet Montrachet, and other unforgettable bottling from producers such as Coche Dury, Raveneau and Domaine Leflaive. For those loving red, Felton will not disappoint, as the final course will promise a unicorn wine flight of red Burgundy. This evening of incredible wines and savory cuisine promises to be one for the memory books.

Return Saturday March 28 by same private jet in late morning.
