Enjoy an elegant evening of regionally paired food and wine prepared by three acclaimed local chefs. In traditional collaborative spirit, the night will be hosted by three of Oregon’s founding wine families and the meal prepared by the three wineries’ chefs. The five-course dinner will be paired with rare wine selections from Ponzi Vineyards, Sokol Blosser Winery and Elk Cove Vineyards.
This exclusive evening will be held at Elk Cove Vineyards, tucked in the foothills of the Coast Range Mountains. Experience warm hospitality, spectacular views and first-hand stories from Oregon’s wine pioneers.
Dinner will be prepared by Chef Amy Griffith of Elk Cove, Chef Emma Garewal of Ponzi Vineyards and Chef Henry Kibit of Sokol Blosser.
