DESCRIPTION

Spend an exciting weekend with Pepper Bridge Winery’s Jean-François (JF) Pellet and his friends. Two lucky couples hit the ground running in Walla Walla with a guided tour of the valley and Pepper Bridge Winery’s estate vineyards followed by a lunch at the gazebo in Seven Hills Vineyard with the winery’s founders. Following lunch, drive out to Eritage Resort, a Fire & Vine property with unparalleled views of the valley, for check-in and cocktails. Dinner will be hosted by JF and Justin Wylie of VaPiano Vineyards, at Eritage’s fine dining restaurant.

Saturday morning you will be hosted at Pepper Bridge Winery for a food and wine pairing experience with the winery’s Certified Sommelier Jennifer Clapp. Take a full tour and be treated to a four-course meal, prepared by local chef Richard Hattaway, as well as an educational tasting of their full line-up of wines. Saturday night will be filled with a luxurious dinner at Caprio Cellars, hosted by JF’s friend Dennis Murphy, the owner and winemaker. Resident Chef Candice Smith, will prepare a multi-course dinner to showcase the bounty of the fresh produce from the valley paired expertly with an array of current and older-vintage wines from each winery.
